Opened in 2026, Caiman’s most exclusive private villa takes advantage of the farm’s privileged setting—a fully preserved mountain forest—to offer moments of great comfort and privacy. In addition to the facilities—which include seven 70-square-meter bungalows with balconies overlooking the greenery, an infinity pool, a fitness center, and delightful lounges—Cordilheira offers a bespoke service that allows for flexibility in scheduling for groups of up to 16 people. It is also our only accommodation that includes a selection of beverages in the daily rate.

The Cordilheira private villa is offered as a secluded retreat option. The house is closed off to a single group, providing guests more privacy and exclusivity. Besides the full activities program, the all-inclusive villa features the same gastronomy and hotel’s services offered at Casa Caiman. Contemplative experiences are recommended for children above 8 years of age, however, as the private facility includes an exclusive car and a field guide, it can accommodate children of any age. It is worth reminding that the program does not include activities aimed at children.
